  • COVID Policies
    Please note that masks are required* If you have been coughing or sneezing, please do not come into the salon. If you have recently had COVID-19 or you have been in direct contact with someone who has had COVID, please reschedule your appointment out for a minimum of 2-weeks The spread of COVID-19 can be reduced when cloth masks are used along with other preventive measures, including social distancing. A universal face covering policy can be effective in preventing the transmission of the virus in close-contact interactions, including within a salon.
  • Payment and Payment Deposit Policies
    A 35% deposit is required to book your appointment. When booking your appointment please note that our Fresha software will request a deposit upfront. FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED: ZELLE (DEBIT/CREDIT💳)/VENMO /PAYPAL **Please note that a 35% deposit is required to secure your appointment and all deposits are non-refundable**
  • Booking Policies
    Please book 24-48 hours in advance for the all appointmnets. Salon is open for business: TUESDAYS-SATURDAYS.
  • Salon Hours of Operation
    Salon is open for business: TUESDAYS - SATURDAYS.
  • Late Policies
    Please note that there is a 15-minute grace period for customers appointment. If there is a chance that you're arriving late, please text The Salon Appointment Line: (512) 777-9631 to let us know, or call Barber Shop: 512-992-2400 Additional may be applied if you're over the 20 minutes or more.
  • Cancellation Policy
    *IF FOR ANY REASON YOU FAIL TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT(S) ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & WILL NOT BE CREDITED TOWARDS YOUR NEXT SERVICE. If you miss two (2) consecutive appointments this will result in you being banned from future appointments. So please be careful with choosing the date and time for your booking experience through our secured booking link.
  • Deposit Policy
    Please note that all deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if done so within 24 hours of the appointment.
  • Scheduling for Minor Children
    Minor children must be accompanied by an adult during appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS. During the service time, the parent is not allowed to be next to the child but are allowed to wait in the waiting area.
  • Barber Policies
    A barber is on duty! Walk-ins are welcomed and no appointments are required.
  • Food and Drink Policies
    Food and drinks are strictly prohibited during the duration of your appointment. You are free to enjoy your beverages in teh waiting areas, and/or while sitting under the dryer. We do ask however, that you discard of your trash when finished. It is our mission to keep our salon clean for all guests.

    Please note that most beauty supply stores will have the hair, accessories, or other items that you may need for your appointment. Please note that we DO NOT provide the hair at the salon and the the client/customer must bring the hair with them for their appointment.
